Thank you for your interest in DRR products. We are receiving great reviews on our excellent line of ATV's. In 2000 DRR set out to raise the bar on youth ATV's. Being an avid rider, the owner, realized while riding with his sons that ATV's should be made better so he made THE BEST. DRR was the first to incorporate brake lights, kids soft suspensions, and extra wide axels all for the safety of children. PARTS ORDERING PROCEDURE
1. Part Numbers: The part numbers that DRR uses are the same part numbers that the factory uses. For the body parts you must specify after the part number the colored needed. Differences between the 50 cc and 90 cc ATV’s parts are noted on the price sheet.
2. Parts Order Forms: A blank parts order form is enclosed so that you can photocopy as needed when placing parts orders.
3. Submitting a Parts Order: To help ensure accuracy, we ask that you fax all parts orders to 1-330-220-3204. If you do not have an operable fax machine, we recommend getting one for faster easier ordering. No orders will be taken over the phone. For same day shipment, order must be received before 10:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time.
4. Shipping: All parts ordered are shipped via Parcel Post, unless otherwise specified on the parts order form. If you would like your order shipped Ups COD, please be aware that there is a $10.00 surcharge on all COD orders. If you need parts shipped for Saturday delivery, be aware that there is a $10.00 surcharge for those orders. If you need a call tag for a parts return, please note the approximate shipping weight in the shipping information section of the parts order form. Be aware, if your account is 15 days past due, no parts orders will be processed until your account is brought current.
Warranty Parts Order
Parts ordered for warranty repairs will be handled and invoiced in the same manner as non-warranty parts orders. To receive reimbursement on these parts, you will need to submit a warranty claim within 15 days. On this claim form you must include the Vin. #, if sold must include owners name and phone number, and registration for the unit must be received to DRR with in 7 business days of sale or warrantee is invalid.
All warranty parts are to be held for six (6) months unless released by DRR with a claim number. If you part is called for, all shipping will be paid to Ohio. If your part is unavailable to return, the dealer will reimburse DRR for all credited parts and labor.
