PARTS ORDERING PROCEDURE

1. Part Numbers: The part numbers that DRR uses are the same part numbers that the factory uses. For the body parts you must specify after the part number the colored needed. Differences between the 50 cc and 90 cc ATV’s parts are noted on the price sheet.

2. Parts Order Forms: A blank parts order form is enclosed so that you can photocopy as needed when placing parts orders.

3. Submitting a Parts Order: To help ensure accuracy, we ask that you fax all parts orders to 1-330-220-3204. If you do not have an operable fax machine, we recommend getting one for faster easier ordering. No orders will be taken over the phone. For same day shipment, order must be received before 10:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time.

4. Shipping: All parts ordered are shipped via Parcel Post, unless otherwise specified on the parts order form. If you would like your order shipped Ups COD, please be aware that there is a $10.00 surcharge on all COD orders. If you need parts shipped for Saturday delivery, be aware that there is a $10.00 surcharge for those orders. If you need a call tag for a parts return, please note the approximate shipping weight in the shipping information section of the parts order form. Be aware, if your account is 15 days past due, no parts orders will be processed until your account is brought current.

Warranty Parts Order

Parts ordered for warranty repairs will be handled and invoiced in the same manner as non-warranty parts orders. To receive reimbursement on these parts, you will need to submit a warranty claim within 15 days. On this claim form you must include the Vin. #, if sold must include owners name and phone number, and registration for the unit must be received to DRR with in 7 business days of sale or warrantee is invalid.

All warranty parts are to be held for six (6) months unless released by DRR with a claim number. If you part is called for, all shipping will be paid to Ohio. If your part is unavailable to return, the dealer will reimburse DRR for all credited parts and labor.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

Once the dealer is able to determine the warranty is valid and not a case of owner error or neglect please follow these new procedures.

1. Parts & Shipping: For faster warranty processing when submitting a warranty claim; please enclose a copy of the original invoice that the parts were shipped on. This gives us a record of the parts ordered as well as the shipping charges. We reimburse FEDEX Ground shipping charges only. Any special handling and/or priority freight charges are the responsibility of the distributor or dealer.

2. Flat Rate Guide: DRR Flat Rate Guide is an authorized reimbursement guide And not a comprehensive list of every part and its replacement time, diagnostic time, running condition adjustments, and tuning adjustments are not reimbursed under either DRR’s Flat Rate Guide or its Warranty program. The times on the Flat Rate Guide are not cumulative and should not be added to the time of a similar task. For example:

Task Code 140: Piston, Rings, Pin or Bearing: 1.1 hours

Task Code 135: Cylinder, Cylinder Base Gasket: .8 hours

If you were repairing/replacing a piston/ring assembly, the correct time would be 1.1 hours only because gasket replacement is required during Task 140 and 135’s time is already included.

3. Labor: With prior approval from DRR, DRR reimburses labor hours based on our Flat Rate Guide at your shop rate, up to $30.00 per hour. DRR INC warrantee is specific for parts and not labor.

4. Warranty on demo model runs from time of delivery to dealer to 90 days later. There is no warranty after that. Demos must be sold without warranty coverage, unless customers by within 90 days from delivery to dealer.

5. No warranty claims will be processed without proper completed paperwork. DRR is not responsible for distributor shipping damage. No claim will be processed without the VIN. # Number, make, manufacture model number mileage the purchase they claim owners name and address.

6. Set up and delivery work is not warranty related. Space all bikes should be set for sea level, but most will need minor adjustments to run at maximum effectiveness. Every thing should be thoroughly checked out. The set up and pre delivery checklist for lists all checks and should be returned to drr as soon as possible. Failure to do so will avoid all warranties.

7. The warranty is for initial purchase only. Any vehicle sold or delivered to a customer, which is subsequently resold or returned to dealer for any reason, must be sold without warranty coverage. The vehicle must be sold in “as is” condition with no expressed or implied warranty from the Dealer any implied warranty with be the sole liability of the Dealer and if claims arise consequently; DRR shall retain the right to pursue other remedies, including a claim for losses, speculative and consequential damages. 07/02/02
