5. Unscrew the carburetor top cap and pull the throttle valve assembly up and out of the carburetor.

8. Raising the needle (lowering the clip) will enrich the mixture during mid-throttle opening, while lowering the needle (raising the clip) will lean the mixture.
9. Reassemble and install the carburetor top cap.
10. Remount the carburetor be careful to line up the carburetor and manifold properly before tightening clamp.

Changing Main jet

1) Place the ATV on level ground and set the parking brake or block the wheel so  the vehicle will not roll in either direction.

2) Drain the carburetor.

3) Loosen the carburetor manifold clamp and remove the carburetor.

4) Turn the carburetor over and remove float bowl.

Screw driver.

6) Replace with new main jet and re-install float bowl.

7) Remount the carburetor be careful to line up the carburetor and manifold properly before tightening clamp.
